At Arab Souq, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

🔄 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at arabsouqteam@gmail.com with:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return
We’ll respond with return instructions and the shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will arrange for a store credit or refund via PayPal or bank transfer
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
